.1. Driver Documents• Australian Driver’s Licence:
o Must be a full, unrestricted licence (not Provisional/Probationary).
o Typically must have held a full licence for at least 12 months in the preceding 2years (varies slightly by state).
o Front and back copies required
• Proof of Identity:
o Australian Passport, Australian Birth Certificate, or International Passport.
• Right to Work in Australia (if applicable):
o If the candidate does not hold an Australian Passport/Birth Certificate, they must provide a VEVO check (Visa Entitlement Verification Online) proving their right to work.
• Driver Profile Photo:
o A clear, forward-facing photo of the driver’s face and top of shoulders (nosunglasses).
• National Police Check:
o A National Criminal History Check dated within the last 3 months.
• Driving History Record:
o An up-to-date driving record/history statement from the relevant state transport authority.
2. Vehicle Documents•
Certificate of Registration:
o Current registration papers for the vehicle being used.
• Vehicle Inspection Report (Roadworthy Certificate):
o A current certificate of roadworthiness or safety inspection report (usually issued within the last 12 months) from an authorized inspection station.
• Insurance Documents:
o Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance
o Third-Party Property or Comprehensive Insurance
3. State-Specific Commercial Accreditation
In addition to a standard licence, drivers must hold the specific commercial accreditation for the state they operate in. They must submit the certificate/card for:
• New South Wales (NSW): Passenger Transport Licence Code (PTLC) — Must be applied to their driver licence profile.
