How it works
Buy kilometres in the app. Rides and deliveries draw on the same balance, and you see what a trip will cost before you book it.
A Premier ride now, a Reserve for later, an insured Logistics delivery or a Retail parcel in a set window. Add the pickup and the drop-off, and that's it.
Watch your car come to you, or your parcel cross town. Send the live trip to someone else with one tap.
A ride starts with your PIN, so you always get into the right car. A delivery is only handed over with the drop-off PIN.
Premier and Reserve
An electric car is quiet and smooth, which makes the back seat a good place to take a call, finish an email or simply look out the window.
Before the ride starts you give your driver a four-digit PIN, so you always get into the right car. From the trip screen you can send a live link to family or a colleague, and they can follow the car until you arrive. Need it later? Reserve books the same car for the date and time you choose.

You buy kilometres in the app ahead of time, and each ride or delivery draws on that balance. The app shows what a trip will cost before you book, and your balance is updated when it's done.
Yes, with Telride Reserve. Choose the date and time, up to 30 days ahead, and the fare is worked out for your pickup time. We hold the booking and send it to our drivers 30 minutes before pickup, and you can follow it in My Reserves.
Logistics is for valuable or urgent items and is insured up to $20 million. Retail is for gifts and parcels up to 500 × 500 mm, delivered in a window you choose. Both are photographed at pickup and handed over with a PIN.
You choose the window when you book: 30 minutes for drop-offs up to 5 km away, one hour for up to 15 km, or next day for up to 30 km. If a window doesn't cover your route, the app asks you to choose a longer one.
You do. It appears in the app once your parcel is on its way. Pass it to whoever is receiving it, and the driver hands the parcel over when they give the PIN.
Yes. From the trip screen, share a live link by message, email or any app. Whoever opens it can follow your car until you arrive, without needing the Telride app.
Telride Premier rides are in a black Tesla. The app shows your driver, the car and its number plate before it arrives, and you confirm the ride with your PIN.
